There is so much that goes on during this time, its important to have adequate support. And having a Doula is like having your own personal cheerleader, advocate and nurturing mother on your side.

Postpartum Care Packages
I offer a Postpartum Care Packages with the option of – 6 weeks or 12 weeks.
Postpartum Care Package includes:
1x 90min Postpartum Care Planning Session (before birth)
Weekly Postnatal Massage & Reiki Healing Session Weekly 1-1 Check In’s/ House Visits
1x Hardcopy of Journal
1x Online Copy of Journal
1x Postpartum Care Gift Basket
